Sold over a million dollars in high tech software to major global apparel manufacturers in the last few years. Established a United States market where there was not one before. I have sold nearly $500.000 US every year for the last 14 in the restaurant industry.

Software accomplishments: Apparel companies Nike, Adidas, Fruit of the Loom, Vanity Fair, Russell Sportswear, Perry Ellis, Benetton of Italy, and American Apparel are all using the software that I brought over from Israel. I have envisioned the apparel market on the benefits of 3D. I have been written up many times in the Apparel News magazine on my accomplishments in this arena. I presented the software back in 2005 in front of 300 of Hollywood's finest costume designers, set personnel, hair and make-up, and cinematographers and was honored with a write up from the governors from all the specified areas. In the area of the restaurant industry: I have worked in about eight different restaurants throughout the USA. Four of these restaurants have been acclaimed in the USA as major dining restaurants. To work in these restaurants requires intense amounts food knowledge and the ability to know how to read a particular clientele. This is only achieved through years of experience. I have been asked many times throughout the years from various restaurant owners if I would run their restaurants.

Achievements in the software arena includes my clients from the list above and a step in the direction of revolutionizing a whole industry into changing the way they do business.

Achievements in the Restaurant Industry include working in some of the top restaurants in the USA as well as working directly with a few famous USA chefs. I can take care of any personality in a restaurant whether it be a soccer mom or Bill Gates and Warren Buffet sitting at the same table which by the way did happen about three years ago in my present restaurant.

Achievements in other arenas would include being on the board of St. Monica’s Catholic School, a private school located in Santa Monica California. I am the Hot Lunch Coordinator of the elementary and middle school. I have lunch catered in everyday and I serve about 100 students daily with the help of two parents. I took over this program with about 45 enrolled and have increased it to about 100 in enrollment.

For seven years in the 1980's I worked throughout Europe and the USA as a male fashion model. I was seen in many of the fashion magazines throughout Europe and the USA. I worked many runway shows modeling clothes from many top designers and was picked by a casting director of the then hit show Miami Vice to be a part of the series for a seasonal part. This led to marketing campaigns where I was picked to represent a variety of products. One marketing campaign I did was for Coca Cola for the 1986 World Cup in Mexico City.

I feel I have contributed to their success with the knowledge and professionalism I display each night I am there. Another item to note is that I have never missed a day of work in 14 years.

I worked with this restaurant for 3 years. The now famous chef Mark Militello was ahead of the California cuisine curve in the Miami Beach area. The restaurant cuisine was very similar to that of Wolfgarg Pucks famous Spago restaurant.

Carbos Cafe Atlanta Georgia 1984

Bob and Carmen Mazurek brought elegance and fine dining to the Atlanta area back in the early eighties. It was one of the only restaurants in the area that had team waiters for each of the dining sections. This restaurant emphasized on tableside service in front of the guests.
