A Certified Management Accountant, “Randy” founded Pathfinder Metrics as a CMA firm in 2003 after a successful career with large public companies as a business unit Controller. Pathfinder Metrics has been recognized by the Institute of Management Accountants as the “First-Ever” Certified Management Accounting Firm.

Randy’s focus on Performance Management has played key roles in transitioning his clients into market leadership positions. He has conducted due diligence and played key roles in the acquisition and integration of more than a dozen business acquisitions. Randy has been the senior financial executive in multi-location organizations with more than $300 million in annual revenues and 850 employees.
